Need A Bed For The Night? Hotel Tonight's Got Your Back

It seems as though the Retina ready updates for popular apps are still rolling in quickly, and in great numbers. The latest app to jump on the bandwagon is Hotel Tonight, from DealBase Corporation.
Hotel Tonight has been upgraded to version 3.0. This update brings universal support to the app, allowing you to easily browse hotels in the United States on your iPhone or iPad.
According to DealBase, Hotel Tonight has been reimagined for the iPad and combines "everything you love with a fully customized design and all-around steez."
The iPad version of Hotel Tonight features an "Infinite collage" feature. This is an all new way of browsing the hotel collection within the app.
One of my favorite new additions is the city pictures. These now include images from HDR maestro Trey Ratcliff of stuckincustoms.com. If you aren't familiar with Trey's work, you should really check it out.
The Retina quality graphics are now also available when using Hotel Tonight on your iPhone 4 or 4S, which is a nice little extra and has been a long time coming. Some new cities have also been included in the update, namely Napa, San Jose, Santa Fe, and Newport, with "many more coming soon."
All in all this is a very solid update to Hotel Tonight. As mentioned, the app only features U.S. hotels, making it useful to our international readers only if they are planning a trip to the United States.
