Treasure Seekers 4: The Time Has Come (Free) by G5 Entertainment is yet another hidden object game, which is one genre that’s quickly becoming over-saturated. This is actually the fourth game in the Treasure Seekers series, which is a popular installment from G5.

In the game, there’s been a catastrophe - Nelly has been kidnapped by her nemesis, Totenkraft, and her brother Tom (and you, the brave player) must come to her rescue. Using the Ring of Time and the X-Glass, Tom will go on an adventure around the world and through time.

As with most hidden object games, the gameplay is puzzle based. You will need to find objects in various scenes, and then combine them to solve puzzles. For instance, if you need to get the lights working (which you do), you’ll need to locate and combine all of the components and tools necessary to complete that task before you can move on in the game.

You’ll also need to solve hidden object puzzles, where you will be given a list of items to find in a cluttered scene. Your job is to hunt all of them down, because hey, Nelly’s safety depends on it! Can’t find that candlestick? Well, that may just spell lights out for poor Nelly.

Occasionally, you will need to look in and under things, which you can do by tapping an object to move it aside. There’s also the X-Glass, which will allow you to see objects that are hidden in the walls or underground. I’m not going to go into detail about the controls, because like all hidden object games, it’s mostly tap and drag.

This game doesn’t offer much beyond standard hidden object gameplay, but I know that’s just what you hidden object fans love. So if you like ferreting out hidden objects and solving puzzles, you’ll be in heaven.

There are four different chapters with 45 levels, so there’s quite a bit of puzzle gameplay here. There are also two modes - casual and advanced, and you’ll be able to earn achievements through Game Center.

If you’re a fan of hidden object games, you will want to check out Treasure Seekers 4. It’s got clear, crisp graphics and rather challenging gameplay that will keep puzzle players busy for quite some time.
