Dribbble Designer Revamps Icons For iOS

Do you wish your app icons on your iDevice showed more detail? Consider these tweaked icons from artist Louie Mantia, which were recently posted on Dribbble. Calling the changes he made, “for my own amusement,” Mantia’s designs add slight changes to each icon. The most radically changed icon is the one for Messages, which now includes the same design as the Messages application for OS X Mountain Lion. Additionally, notice the mobile Safari app no longer has the map of the world in the background. Finally, the iTunes app looks much darker than the one Apple currently uses.
