If You Haven't Preordered An iPhone 5, Get Ready To Wait In Line

September 14, 2012
The iPhone 5 is now available for preorder, but it looks like the shipping times have already been pushed out two weeks on Apple's online store. Within the first hour of its availability, Apple had already exhausted all of their initial iPhone 5 launch day stock. To give you an idea on how fast this happened, the iPhone 4S took 22 hours to reach this point. If you attempt to preorder now, you'll see that the iPhone 5 will be available to ship in two weeks. There's no telling how much the shipping times will increase throughout the rest of the day, but I think this iPhone will surpass all previous models in sales. If you don't feel like waiting a couple of weeks, the next best solution is to wait in line at an Apple Store. The iPhone 5 will be available in stores on Sept. 21. How was your iPhone 5 preorder experience?
