Apple Launches iTunes Store In Russia, 55 Additional Countries

Apple has announced that the iTunes Store is now available in 56 additional countries. Russia, Turkey, India, and South Africa are just four of the countries that can now listen to the music via the company’s digital hub. The iTunes Store is now available in 119 countries. By comparison, the App Store has launched in 155 countries around the world. In late November, iTunes 11 debuted. The newest version is a radical departure from past versions. It includes a redesigned player, and a new mini player. Additionally, it offers two new views, library and expanded, plus Facebook integration. And for the first time, iTunes is without its traditional toolbar on the left side of the screen.
