Win A $10 iTunes Gift Card To Unlock All Kinds Of Content In GuessMate
December 10, 2012
AppAdvice has teamed up with Revel Mob, our latest AppAdvice Daily podcast sponsor, in order to offer you a chance to win a $10 iTunes Gift Card. The gift card can be used to unlock all kinds of content in Revel Mob's free guessing game, GuessMate.
Find out just how well you know your logos, celebrities, flags, politicians, and even your friends with GuessMate.
GuessMate presents you with a single cell of an image, and it's up to you to guess what it is based on the letters provided to you. Since images are made up of 12 cells, guessing them can be rather difficult, especially after you have progressed a bit.
But don't worry, there are additional tools to help you avoid losing your patience and your sanity. You can ask your friends on Facebook to help you guess an image, or you can open more cells or remove letters from the pool to narrow down your options. As you would assume, hints are limited, but you can unlock more by spending your in-game coins. Coins can be earned just by correctly guessing images and by successfully referring friends to the game.
You're able to play GuessMate all by yourself, or you can challenge friends via Facebook or email. When challenging your friends, you can actually upload your own images and create your own challenges.
The game comes preinstalled with two collections of images and another two are available as free downloads. If you're looking for even more challenges, you can download new collections for $0.99 each.
To have a chance at winning one of our three $10 iTunes Gift Cards, simply leave a comment below before 11:59 p.m. PST tonight (December 10) telling us which of the paid collections you'd unlock first. Of course, the gift card balance can also be used to remove the ads within the game or purchase additional coins, but we really don't need to hear which of those you'd do first.
Winners will be chosen randomly and contacted via email. Only one entry per person is allowed. This giveaway is only open to our readers with U.S. iTunes accounts.
