Narrato Journal ($3.99 → Free, 5.3 MB): A personal journal you'll actually use. Narrato helps keep things simple by allowing you to tap into the services you already use. You're able to automatically populate your LifeStream with photos from your library, Twitter, Instagram, and Foursquare. Then bring that content into your journal, or just use it for inspiration. Each entry can include more than a few words, as you can also attach moods and locations to add more context. The app also includes passcode protections, reminders, local weather, cloud sync and backup, and the ability to create multiple journals.

Ideas (brainstorming, mindmapping and inspiration) ($2.99 → Free, 3.9 MB): Organize your thoughts with this productivity app. Any time something pops into your head, simply add it to the database and tag it. You're able to create as many custom tags as necessary, all of which are automatically ordered, grouped, and color-coded. You're able to see the connections between your ideas, which will help you come up with even more. Ideas also includes the ability to share ideas via email or with other apps, and iCloud integration for backups.

tadaa 3D ($3.99 → Free, 14.2 MB): Add a new dimension to your photos with this effects app. You're able to snap a new photo in-app or import one from your library. You'll then need to mask your subject, which is made quite a bit easier thanks to tadaa's object detection option. Once tadaa is finished processing the image, just move your phone and watch as your subject pops out from the background. You're able to crop, adjust, and apply filters before uploading your new creation for the world to see. The app also includes profile information, the ability to check out other works uploaded by the tadaa community, and Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter integration.

InFocus Pro ($9.99 → Free, 14.9 MB): Manage entire projects or just simple tasks with this productivity app. When creating a project you're able to attach tasks and notes, and create multiple subfolders. Projects can be prioritized and color-coded for quick reference. Notes can be written out by hand, and can include images from your library. Tasks can be categorized and searched. The app also includes a calendar view, text-to-voice, and iTunes File Sharing support.

InFocus Pro is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 290 ratings.

Universal:

Doctor Cat ($1.99 → Free, 237.0 MB): A colorful educational game intended for children ages two to four. Your child gets to play as Tom the cat, who sets off to help other animals with their nagging health problems. Your child must decide which medicine will help cure each animal. The app includes two modes, six animals to cure, three medicines to choose from, and hidden extras.

Doctor Cat is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 24 ratings.

Italian First Words with Phonics: Preschool Spelling & Learning Word Game for Children ($1.99 → Free, 35.7 MB): An educational game that will help your kids learn Italian through phonics. Your child is presented with an animal and its name. They must tap and drag the letters into place to complete the puzzle. When a letter is tapped on, your child will hear the sound it makes. When its name is completed, your child will hear it pronounced. The app includes 30 animals, upper and lowercase letters, and a variety of customization options. Additional categories are available via in-app purchase.

Italian First Words with Phonics: Preschool Spelling & Learning Word Game for Children is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 5 ratings.

Arithmetic Invaders: Grade 1 Math Facts ($1.99 → Free, 7.0 MB): Your child must defend the solar system by successfully solving math problems in this educational game. They're put in control of a laser with numbers attached to it. Your child needs to blast the invader with the matching problem on it. The game includes eight different modes, basic facts about the solar system, and insignia to collect.

You can choose to take on an AI-controlled opponent in single-player races, or compete against a friend head-to-head on the same device. Tug the Table ($1.99 → Free, 23.1 MB): Easily the most ridiculous two-player game you'll ever play on your iDevice. It's basically a game of tug of war, but with a table instead of a rope. Tap the button on your side of the screen at the right time to drag your opponent to your side. The first player to five wins. Different rules are applied at the beginning of each round, requiring you to deploy a different strategy each time. The game also includes a single-player mode, and achievements via Game Center.

Wrestle Jump ($1.99 → Free, 27.5 MB): A quirky multiplayer game where you must try to smash your opponent's head into the ground before they do the same to you. Your wrestlers are joined at the arms, and you're put in control of their legs. Try to tap the button on your side of the screen at just the right moment to gain an advantage and smash your opponent. The first to five smashes wins. The game includes a single-player mode, an endless mode, loads of crazy levels, the ability to watch and record replays, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

The object is to bounce your opponents off of the platform and out of the spotlight by getting your singer to run into them. The only catch is that your opera singer is constantly spinning, making it difficult to get him going in the right direction. The game includes multiple modes, the ability to play with three other friends on the same device, and achievements via Game Center.

Necktie Deluxe ($0.99 → Free, 16.4 MB): A reference app that will allow you to look your best by teaching you how to tie a variety of necktie knots. The app includes step-by-step instructions on how to tie 15 different knots. It also includes information on what goes best with each one, and how to care for, fold, and iron your ties.

GPlayer ($2.99 → Free, 31.9 MB): This utility app allows you to play almost any type of video file on your iDevice no matter its format. The app is able to play most movie, audio, and subtitle file formats including DIVX, AVI, WMV, WAV, and SMI. You're able to sync videos to GPlayer via iTunes File Transfer or Wi-Fi. The app also includes the ability to manage your videos, video looping, screen look, gesture controls, and TV-out support.
