Become champion of the underground race circuit in Top Speed
If you’ve got a need for speed, you want a game that puts you in the action of breakneck drag racing. Of course, you also want to be able to trick out your ride to your heart’s content. In Top Speed, a new game on the App Store, you get to do all of that and more.
Rise through the ranks and become king of the streets
You start off as a rookie driver, earning the right to buy your first car and take it to the streets for some illegal racing action. To beat the competition, you’ll have to shift at the perfect time to get the most power out of your car. You’ll also have to buy new rides and fine-tune them, upgrading your vehicles into unstoppable speed machines. You earn in-game currency to do that by racing, making more for victories but getting paid no matter what.
Become the law
When you get tired of upgrading your cars and competing in illegal street races, you can take the side of the law. Top Speed allows you to drive one of five exotic police vehicles in its “Most Wanted” game mode, chasing down drag racers who are trying to speed away from the scene of the crime.
Plenty of cars and tracks to choose from
Top Speed includes 69 different cars to customize and upgrade, including five dragsters. You can race through five city districts, and even scream across the deck of an aircraft carrier. The game includes seven different modes, including boss battles, daily races, ranked matches, and the “Most Wanted” challenge. There are 20 bosses that you’ll have to defeat to become the champion of the road.
Getting in on the action
Top Speed is free to download on the App Store, with in-app purchases to acquire cars, upgrades, fine-tuning, and fuel. The game is designed for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and requires iOS 7 or later. Check out the racing action in the video below, or click this link if it fails to load.
