If you think that creating and sharing animated GIFs can be really fun, then check out Giphy Cam, the GIF camera. It couldn’t be easier to create entertaining, amusing, or even hysterical GIFs to save and share. Easily add some awesome filters and crazy effects to make your creations stand out.
Giphy Cam basics
The app is super simple to use. First, choose your filter or effect from tons of options. Add a funky mustache, pull in burning flames, or have it rain money. When you have the effects that you want, just tap to start the camera. Burst mode takes the photos rapidly, so be sure to move your device at the right speed to capture the photos. If you prefer a loop, just press and hold the camera button.
Save and share
When you are finished with your GIF and love how it looks, just click to save or share via text, email, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, or Instagram. You can also send or share using your default phone options.
Simple GIF creator
Giphy Cam certainly does make creating animated GIFs easy. Some of the filters and effects are extremely funny and others can add nice sparkle or pizzazz to your creations. After you have finished with your GIF, there does not appear to be a way to go back to do another unless you click the Redo button. So, be sure that you save a GIF that you want before hitting that button.
