Focus on places around your body to improve awareness of self and others.

When doing the qigong postures, you can move your arms and body in small circles for greater health. Pushing against a wall or door in the given direction improves strength.

Learn the psychology of the spaces around your body. Up front = Fire. Down front = Earth. Back up = Wind. Back down = Water. Mid-body = Neutral.

Be creative activating these spaces.

Each of these elemental spaces have energies and actually activate behavioral strategies. Fire strategy = meet things head on. Earth strategy = stop things. Wind strategy = get out of the way. Water strategy = let things come and go. Neutral strategy = pause and decide which of the other strategies to activate.

This app also has an exercise routine which tones the muscles, includes mudras, and helps you focus around and within your body.
