Tweetie 2 Gets An Update: Now Foursquare, Web & OS 3.2 Friendly
Tweetie 2, our favorite iPhone twitter client just got quite an update.
It now boasts Foursquare integration, which lets you check out venues your friends tweet about right from the app and it will also run just fine on your upcoming iPad.
The most interesting addition however, is most probably Instapaper Mobilizer. Indeed, while checking tweets is quick and convenient, whenever you follow a link, you're stuck waiting for a bulky web view to load. Well, this is the end of that.
In short, once activated in the settings, the Instapaper Mobilizer engine will transform web pages you consult from Tweetie into an iPhone optimized text. No more zooming or advertising, just the content you need, in a fast and convenient format.
