Play Chatroulette With An Apple Employee?

As you probably already know, Apple's video calling service, FaceTime, allows iPhone 4 owners to make calls over Wi-Fi to one another, using the phone's front-facing camera. But what if you haven't got any tech-savy, iPhone 4-owning pals to make calls to?
Don't worry, Apple has just created a service for that. Seriously. If you call 1-888-FACETIME from your iPhone 4, an Apple representative will be available to answer your call between 8am to 8pm CDT. It's like Chatroulette, without the constant risk of unwanted surprises appearing on screen.
We're not sure how long it'll be before the guys at Apple start receiving out-of-the-ordinary FaceTime calls from catsuit-wearing iPhone owners, or whether they already have. We'll be updating if we hear anything.
In the meantime, why not give Apple a call on your new iPhone 4? The number is 1-888-322-3846. You need to be connected to a Wi-Fi network before making the call.
Don't forget to let us know how your FaceTime call to Apple goes in the comments box below!
