New app Zoopla, from the property site Zoopla.co.uk, brings many of the features of the site to your iPhone. You can search for available sale and rent properties, look up the value on any residential property, review housing sale prices over the last 15 years and view market data. You can search available properties by location, price and even keywords. If you're looking around a neighbourhood, you can use the app's augmented reality feature to easily find what properties are available in the area.
Once you find a property you're interested in, you can email the details to your friends and family, or contact the estate agent directly from the listing. With all of these amazing features, this free app is a definite must-have for U.K. house hunters.
