Good news for all you iPhone 4 owners holding out for a jailbreak tool to be released: Comex, the mastermind behind the Spirit jailbreak, has announced via Twitter that he will not be waiting for Apple's upcoming iOS 4.1 update - and that a suitable tool should be released within days.
Many had speculated that hackers would hold off on releasing a jailbreak tool until Apple pushed out its upcoming software update, which might conflict with jailbroken iPhone 4 handsets.
However, Comex seems assured that there will be some way around whatever measures Apple attempts to enforce in iOS 4.1 - and if past experience is anything to go by, he's right.
