Viber Set To Launch Free Text Messaging Service In February

Viber, the awesome Skype alternative for iOS, is set to launch a free text messaging service in February. The new feature will be added in a future update to the popular application.
Recently, we told you about Viber's latest update. Fans of the application can now enjoy a variety of new features, such as a "call quality indicator," that is definitely handy.
Today, the application's developer (Viber Media, Inc.) saw our post, and left us a comment telling us about the future of Viber for iOS.
In February, an update to the application will add a cool, new feature: a free text messaging service for Viber fans to enjoy. Here's what Viber Media, Inc. told us about the update:

It's no secret that I love Viber, and really appreciate the work Viber Media, Inc. has put into creating this excellent, free application. Fortunately, more features are coming to Viber in the near future, meaning this already great application is going to get even better.
