Gameloft And Audi Will Be Hooking Up One Lucky Arcade Racer With A Brand New Ride

Gameloft and Audi have come together for a very interesting and impressive contest, which is promoting Gameloft's Asphalt 6: Adrenaline and Audi's RS 3 Sportback. If you're a really talented arcade racer, you may be able to hook yourself up with a very nice ride, and I don't mean a virtual car.
The two week (March 3 through March 16) contest is being funneled through Gameloft's new iOS game Asphalt Audi RS 3. This 'lite' version offers a reduced track career mode and contest section, both restricted to -- obviously -- the Audi RS 3 as a car selection. As pretty much a given, there's an Audi RS 3 video in the beginning, links to the promoted products, and you are required to sign up for a free Gameloft LIVE account.
The limited edition game is primarily meant to wet your appetite for the full Asphalt 6: Adrenaline by providing users with an experience in the gameplay, but I'll jump right into the contest portion.
Tap on the Contest button in the menu, log into your Gameloft LIVE account, and you're off to the races. It isn't actually racing, but more like practice anyway. Your entry is the best of three lap times, where your vehicle can't become damaged and there are no other cars on the track. It's all about efficiency. You can also gain some experience in the Career mode, but Gameloft allows multiple entries anyway.
The game has auto-acceleration, so there's no gas pedal control. Above your vehicle is a meter -- this is your boost meter. Short boosts, which can be combined, are activated by tapping anywhere in the bottom-right area of the screen. Braking is performed by tapping on the bottom-left area of the screen. Refill your boost by driving through the glowing boost icons located on the course.
It's time to get to the really exciting part. The grand prize for the racer with the fastest lap time submission is a well equipped Audi A3 Sportback 2.0 TFSI quattro with a list price (as configured) of €49,950 Euros / $69,700 USD. The A3 Sportback will feature:
