Friendly And Friendly Plus Gain iPad 2 Support, New Photo Effects, And More.

Oecoway's iPad-optimized Facebook clients, Friendly and Friendly Plus, have been updated with iPad 2 support, photo effects, a new profile picture editor, plus several improvements and fixes.
The focus of v3.5 appears to be with photo services. More than a month since the iPad 2 has been available, Oecoway finally adds support for capturing photo when used on an iPad 2. For some, a month in the social-networking realm feels like an eternity waiting for such an ability, however, others simply couldn't care less since they'd prefer to use a smartphone for snapping photos rather than a tablet anyway.
More photo-centric features include a new profile picture editor, allowing users to effortlessly zoom, rotate, and apply effects to images to replace a stale profile picture every so often. In fact, general photo uploads can also take advantage of these 16 effects and filters: Black and White, Vintage Sepia, Facebooked, Sun Tan, Light Glow, Avatar, Shrekify, Spotlight, 300, TV Star, 1975, Red Boost, Yellow Boost, Blue Splash, Red Splash, and Oil Painting.
Further improvements to Friendly and Friendly Plus consist of:
• Notifications for birthdays
• Improved Birthday Listing
• Improved Live Feed / News Feed
• Share directly from live feed
• Fixed Chat loading issue
• Fixed missing posts live feed posts
• Fixed connection issue with proxy server
• Fixed issue sharing video from YouTube
Many users are reporting crashing, log-in, and app launching issues with both apps. My brief testing on an iPad 2 with iOS 4.3.1 hasn't resulted in any problems or glitches. One possibility is updating versus clean installation. I very recently got my iPad 2, therefore, my Friendly Plus v3.5 was a 'clean' install. Are any of you having problems with the update?
