The slash ‘n’ scare iOS app, Scream 4 HD ($2.99), has recently been updated. The new version of the app (1.1) adds two new levels – “Movie Theatre” and “Police Station” – and also adds achievements which can be earned via Game Center.
As outlined in the app’s release notes, key features added in the update include:
- Movie Theatre – 3D movies aren’t the only thing giving peoples scares here
- Police Station – no better way to take people down than right under the noses of the cops
- Hook up with all your friends through Game Center, be sure to get those achievements
- Killing event swiping mechanic now more effective
- General Performance improvements
- New Icon
- Bug Fixes
I first played Scream 4 HD after reading about it in our “Apps To Scare You” AppList, and I have to admit: It’s a lot of fun. If you’re a fan of the movie series, you’ll definitely enjoy playing through the game too.
Achievements (via Game Center) is definitely a much appreciated feature of the new version of Scream 4 HD
