Mojang Is Developing Minecraft For iOS, Coming Soon!

Just a quick snippet of info for all the Minecraft fans out there: According to a recent report, Mojang is planning on releasing an iOS version of the popular game later this year.
The news comes from Gamasutra, who noted in a recent report:
Mojang is also developing versions of the title for iOS and other Android phones, and said the smartphone versions of the game will be tweaked slightly to deal with the vagaries of the new platform. "When playing on smartphones you will have a different screen size compared to PC, different hardware, different attention spans and thus the game needs to be customized to fit the mobile specifications," the company said.As of this moment, no price or release date has been announced. However, you can rest assured that the game is coming to iOS devices, and to Android smart phones, too. We'll keep you posted.
