Finally, iPad 2 Models Are Shipping Within 24 Hours

Great news, Apple fans: The second generation iPad is now shipping from the Apple Online Store "within 24 hours," the shortest shipping estimate we have yet seen.
Back when the product was first released, shipping estimates massively increased in a very short space of time, and were "four to five weeks" at one point. Fortunately, Apple caught up with the iPad 2's demand, and now the company is on the ball when it comes to online orders for the popular, albeit "evolutionary" iOS device.
