In San Francisco, You Can Now Have Apple Online Orders Delivered To A Retail Store

If you live in San Francisco, you can now opt to have Apple Online Store orders shipped to an Apple Retail Store for collection.
Chances are, if you're working nine 'til five everyday, then online orders placed through Apple's website will likely get delivered - or rather, fail to be delivered - while you're at work. However, Apple fans living in San Francisco now have the option of having their online orders delivered to a local retail store, and picking up the product there.
Undoubtedly, this is something many Apple fans will appreciate. I've been to my local mail depot more times than I care to mention, and almost every visit has been to pick up an Apple product. This service makes the whole experience of ordering from the Apple Online Store potentially more convenient for the customer, which is great.
As mentioned, the service is currently available in San Francisco only. However, Apple notes on its website (see the above screenshot) that the feature will launch in other U.S. Apple Stores soon. Hopefully, it won't be long before we can all choose to pick up online orders from an Apple Retail Store.
We'll keep you posted.
