Disco Kitten Might Just Drain All Your Energy

June 15, 2012
Sadly, Disco Kitten is not an app that shows a feline fellow dancing to the Bee Gees' "Staying Alive." Fortunately, though, it's a game that looks and sounds like a lot of fun. Disco Kitten introduces the rhythmic robo-cat Punka. Punka's job is to feed electric mojo into a giant lazy head called Bunka. And it so happens that your job is to help this adorable mechanical kitty. To lend a helping paw to Punka, just make sure to tap at the right spots and at the right moments. Doing so teleports the robo-cat to the canisters from which it could drain energy for the starving Bunka. But watch out for the lightnings above the canisters if you don't want to end up being toast. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. Canister-draining combos lead, of course, to a higher score. Eventually, it also leads to Disco Time. Again, sadly, Disco Time doesn't show Punka or any other cat dancing to a disco tune. What it does is it makes the canisters drain quicker so that you can collect more energy in less time. Featuring lively party tracks and lights, Disco Kitten is available in the App Store for only $0.99. Download the game now and take it for a meow-sical spin.
