LifeCrumbs 2.0 Lets You Build Your Memory Calendar In A New Way

May 27, 2013
LifeCrumbs has stumbled upon another update in its Path. I mean, path. Released in October last year, LifeCrumbs is an app so named because it inspires you to "leave pieces of your life behind for friends to follow." It's a social journal app, much like Path. But it has an interface that's significantly different from that of Path. As a matter of fact, this interface has just been redesigned through LifeCrumb's latest update, which brings the app to version 2.0. Indeed, LifeCrumbs 2.0 introduces a new look and "flat" feel. Notably, the app's original five button tabs have been narrowed down to three: Daily Memory, My Calendar, and News & Following. But more importantly, the new interface makes for faster and smoother use of LifeCrumbs. One of the highlighted features of the new interface is support for monthly cover photos for your "memory calendar." Each month already has a different cover photo. But if you want to stick an image of your own, you're free to do so. Alas, the cover photo is not included, though, when sharing your memory calendar to Facebook. Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later, LifeCrumbs 2.0 is available now in the App Store for free. Note that LifeCrumbs is currently Facebook-only as far as signup and login are concerned. But account creation via email address is said to be coming soon. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
