Halfbrick Updates Jetpack Joyride With New Vehicle Skins, New Outfits And More

Halfbrick Studios, the developer of such hit iOS games as Fruit Ninja and Fish Out of Water!, has just released a notable update to its popular jet-powered endless runner, Jetpack Joyride. Most notably, the latest update to Jetpack Joyride introduces three new vehicle skins for Barry Steakfries, one of which is based on Halfbrick's "monsterrific" action puzzler, Colossatron: Massive World Threat:

Raise hell on the back of Colossatron. Make a splash with Bubbles the rubber duck. Journey through time in the mysterious Barry Box. It’s time for a fresh coat of paint!

As it happens, each new vehicle skin has a corresponding outfit. For Colossatron, you have General Moustache. For Bubbles, you have Bath Time Barry. And for Barry Box, you get the Doctor Suit. And if you can't get enough of outfits, you can score a free one by watching a "high-flying animation" starring Barry, made by Halfbrick in partnership with Machinima. The new Jetpack Joyride update also adds three achievements to unlock by completing daily challenges. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Jetpack Joyride is available now in the App Store for free.
