Apple Launches New COVID-19 Screening App

Apple has just unveiled a new COVID-19 screening app and site. Developed with the CDC, White House Coronavirus Task Force, and FEMA, the app also offers resources to help keep users informed about the pandemic.

With the app, users can answer questions about risk factors recent exposure, and symptoms about themselves or someone else. You’ll then see CDC recommendations about the next steps like when to contact a medical provider.

You can also find access to resources to help stay informed and get support including the most up-to-date symptoms from the CDC.

There’s no need to sign into the app and no information will be sent to any organization.

The app is available to download now for free on the App Store. You can also find the information on the web.
