Apple Releases iOS/iPadOS 14.8, watchOS 7.6.2

In a bit of a surprise before tomorrow’s California Streaming event, Apple has released iOS/iPadOS 14.8 and watchOS 7.6.2 to the public.
All of the new software improves security.
You can download iOS/iPadOS 14.8 by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
To download the new watchOS software, you can head to General > Software Update on an Apple Watch.
Your watch needs to have more than 50 percent power and connected to a charger. Like most Apple Watch updates, it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to complete, so be patient.
