Apple has just released watchOS 4.1 to the general public. It can be downloaded using the Apple Watch app on the iPhone and going to the My Watch tab and then selecting General > Software Update. Your Apple Watch will need more than 50 percent and be connected to a charger during the update.

If you're not an Apple Music subscriber, you can still listen to Beats 1 and a number of different new stations using the Radio app.

Along with the ability to stream Apple Music over an LTE connection, a new Radio app has been added into the mix.

With the Radio app, anyone can stream Beats 1 and a number of different news channels using the new Apple Watch app. You’ll need to be an Apple Music subscriber to listen to any other stations.

And Apple Music subscribers, especially anyone with a Series 3 Apple Watch with LTE, should definitely be happy to hear that they can stream any content from the service without needing to download it to the watch first.

Anyone with a fourth-generation Apple TV and Apple TV 4 can now download tvOS 11.1. If you don’t have Automatic Updates turned on, you can download the software by going to Settings > System > Software Update.

That software just focuses on bug fixes and smaller behind-the-scenes improvements.
