Start Your Holiday Party With Algoriddim's New djay Pro for iPhone App
A year after introducing djay Pro for iPad, Algoriddim has unveiled djay Pro for iPhone. The app brings accessible DJing tools to a new level on Apple’s smartphone, especially the iPhone 7/iPhone 7 Plus.
Something different
Utilizing the unique capabilities of the iPhone 7 including haptic feedback and 3D Touch, djay Pro for iPhone integrates with Spotify, allowing DJs to access millions of songs instantly.
According to Karim Morsy, CEO of Algoriddim:
djay Pro has been a huge hit on Mac and iPad. iPhone 7 has enabled us to completely transform the user experience of djay Pro by using haptic feedback and 3D Touch. It puts a fully-featured DJ system in your pocket so you can be creative no matter where you are.
Haptic Feedback and 3D Touch
Thanks to haptic feedback, users can feel the beats while scratching and scrubbing the music. With 3D Touch, you can set a cue point without lifting your finger while interacting with the waveforms.
Algoriddim calls this “innovative interaction paradigm” a new workflow and user experience.
Apple Watch integration
The fun doesn’t end on iPhone. With djay Pro, you can now use your Apple Watch as a remote controller. As such, you can run Automix mode, browse your playlists, cue up and mix songs, and more, from your wrist.
Just getting started
There is a lot to see and experience with djay Pro for iPhone. We hope to offer a full review very soon. In the meantime, you can get djay Pro for iPhone at a special launch price of $4.99. It will normally sell for $9.99.
To celebrate this launch, Algoriddim is also discounting its other Pro apps. On the App Store, you can get djay Pro for iPad for $9.99 (regularly $19.99), while the Mac App Store has djay Pro for Mac for $39.99, which is 20 percent off its normal price.
