The QardioArm is a Great Portable Smart Blood Pressure Monitor
Taking your own blood pressure and pulse at home is quick and easy with QardioArm, an iOS-enabled sphygmomanometer. Just slide it onto your arm, open the accompanying app on either your iPhone or your Apple Watch, and press the Start button. Relax your arm and let QardioArm do all of the work. In less than a minute, the blood pressure monitor will show you your current blood pressure and pulse.
The app connects with the native Health app on your iPhone. Each measurement is stored automatically, so you can look at your history at any time in the Qardio app. You can also send this data to your doctor, which might save you some trips to his or her office.
My Experience
QardioArm is compact, easy to use, and accurate. I’ve taken dozens of measurements, and they are all within the range I’ve had measured by dozens of nurses with professional-grade sphygmomanometers over the years.
The Qardio app is quite powerful. Not only does it control the QardioArm seamlessly, but it offers a great deal of information. You can see your measurement on a WHO (World Health Organization) chart which tells you if your blood pressure is in the normal range. Your complete history is stored, and can easily be shared with your health professional.

Not that you need your health equipment to match your decor, but that’s certainly an option because QardioArm comes in seven different colors. It turns off automatically when you wrap it up, and on when you unwrap it.
Qardio’s website offers a wealth of information. You’ll find a health blog, owner’s manual, and a troubleshooting guide.
Bottom Line
I don’t have any complaints about the device itself. Customer service could be better. I had some questions, and they answered the first round within a day or two, but it took three business days (five total days) to get a response to my follow-up questions.
The QardioArm Blood Pressure Monitor is ultra-compact
This is a fabulous product. While it’s not cheap, I think it’s a reasonable price for what it is. If you do need to monitor your blood pressure or pulse closely, I would recommend checking out QardioArm.
You can purchase QardioArm Blood Pressure Monitor directly from their website in all seven colors for $79.00. You can also find QardioArm at the Apple Store, Target, Best Buy, Walgreens, and on Amazon. The Qardio app is free on the App Store.
