PayPal purchases expand.

You’ll soon be able to use PayPal to make purchases in the App Store and other Apple digital properties. PayPal announced the move on Tuesday, July 11.

Beginning now, customers in Canada and Mexico can use PayPal for App Store, Apple Music, iTunes, and iBook purchases across iOS devices. Users in the United States and other countries will soon follow.

They explain:

Paying with PayPal is simple. Customers with a new or existing Apple ID can select “PayPal” as their payment method from their account settings in the App Store, Apple Music, iTunes [and iBooks] from their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Mac, or on iTunes from their PC.

Once setting up PayPal as your payment account, you can use the service to make purchases of apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books, as well as Apple Music subscriptions, and iCloud storage.
