I’m going to go out on a limb and say that you’re probably not trained in combat skills or have any weapon mastery. Not that there aren’t any warrior poets out there, but this guy is a bit of an anti-hero.

You are one of the last people left in the world. The world has been slowly disappearing, and it’s almost gone. The only thing left are these strange lines of poetry and surreal doodles left for you to travel along.

First of all, I loved the idea of being able to walk along the lettering of the poetry. It’s not just in the background for you to enjoy. It’s an important part of the world that you have to interact with. It’s a brilliant idea.

Second, I love the surreal doodles. Usually, there’s a feeling of disconnect when you first start playing a game. You’re trying to make sense of the new world around you. Only in this game, the surroundings themselves don’t make any sense.

Third, the use of the terrain, like falling from a line of poetry to the one below, is a great use of space in the game. You never know what direction the app will take you in next. It adds to the disconnected and disoriented feeling that you get from the background in the first place.

I also loved the use of the empty space as well. You truly feel like the world around you is disappearing. The background items are sparse and the terrain is simple, like a single line that you walk along.

You don’t have to love poetry to enjoy this app. It’s just something that adds an extra touch of creativity to the game. The basic adventure of the game is good enough for anyone to enjoy.
