A while back, we speculated that Peter Hajas could have postponed work on MobileNotifier to help out Apple in Cupertino, CA, possibly working on an improved notification system for the iOS. Now, in a recently discovered Twitter update, Hajas confirmed to one fan several weeks ago that he was indeed planning on working for a "fruit" company.
As you can see in the above screenshot, the tweet reads:
@brittaahh I'm glad you like it. I'll see what I can do :) I will be back for a few weeks, then I'm off to work in CA at a "fruit" company.Obviously, this heavily suggests that Peter Hajas is working for Apple, Inc. - a well-known "fruit" company located in Cupertino, CA (unless, of course, Hajas is instead squashing grapes at a Californian vineyard). Hajas himself is responsible for creating MobileNotifier, an awesome jailbreak replacement for Apple's mobile notification service. For a while now, we've been hoping for Apple to improve notifications in the iOS - Hajas' speculated move to Apple suggests that the company may be planning on incorporating some of his ideas within its mobile operating system. We'll keep you posted. In the meantime, let us know your thoughts in the comments. [via Redmond Pie]
