Apple Launches Its iOS Device Recycling Program In UK, France And Germany

January 14, 2012
Apple has recently launched its iOS device recycling program in the UK, France and Germany. Already, the program - which allows Apple fans to recycle their old iPhones and iPads in return for cash - is available in the United States, and the great thing about the scheme is that it couldn't be simpler. Just send the iOS device away to be valued, and if it's in a working, useable condition, Apple will transfer the monetary value of your iOS device into your bank account. The program also accepts Macs and PC computers, and there's also an iPod and non-iPhone mobile phone recycling program. For more information, head over to your region's Apple Reuse and Recycling Program, and let us know if you're planning on taking advantage of this service in the comments. [via 9to5Mac]
