Galaxy On Fire 2 HD Receives A Minor But Much-Needed Update

July 4, 2012
Galaxy on Fire 2 HD - the popular, high definition space-exploration game that's available for the iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and third-gen iPad - has recently received a minor but much-needed update. Now, the option to "Restore Purchases" in the application has finally been fixed. For some time, users who had purchased upgrades in-app (such as the Valkyrie expansion pack) have been unable to restore these purchases and enjoy them on other iDevices. Fortunately, the app's developer - FISHLABS - has corrected this issue, and the option to restore purchases on Galaxy on Fire 2 HD should now be available to users of the app. A further change made in this small update (1.0.9) includes the option of switching between three different resolutions on the new iPad. As many of you will already know, Galaxy on Fire 2 HD - like countless other iOS apps - takes advantage of the third-gen iPad's stunning Retina display. Now, in the latest version of the popular game, users have the option of choosing one of three different resolutions when playing. Currently, Galaxy on Fire 2 HD is available to download in the App Store for $9.99. Take a look at the recently updated app, and if you haven't played the game before, embark upon your own space-exploration adventure now!
