PyroTouch Offers Fireworks Fun Without The Added Bonus Of Finger Or Eye Loss

July 3, 2012
Probably the biggest excitement for summer holidays is fireworks, and Independence Day usually has them all trumped in the booming of colorful explosions. Thanks to PyroTouch, you can help create that crowd pleasing experience and have fun blowing things up without the safety concerns. While looking at a city skyline, Vancouver to start, you'll see fireworks being launched from different locations. As a firework reaches its apex, a symbol, such as a dash or filled in circle, will appear. These symbols determine the gesture to cause the explosion. For example, the dash means you must swipe to explode the firework. Not only should it be fun for you, but the show needs to impress the virtual crowd. With the successful detonation of each firework, you'll see a happy face spawn from ground level. If you miss igniting a firework, you earn a large sad crowd face. Overall, you must end the event, i.e., level, with a happy crowd, therefore, don't make too many mistakes. Because you begin as an amateur, there are only a select few fireworks to manage. However, other fireworks will be unlocked as you progress, including ground effects like fountains and fans. There are 20 free levels to complete, and things will certainly get hectic. So, make sure to stay calm and alert. PyroTouch is designed for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later, and available in the App Store as a free download. Additional cities, some coming soon, are available via in-app purchase. For other Independence Day goodies, feel free to look over our Fourth of July AppList. [gallery link="file" columns="4"]
