Does 2+2 Equal Fun In Math QuizUp?

If you get tired of killing zombies or blowing planes out of the sky on your iOS device, you can always take up math. Yep, with the new app Math QuizUp, you can battle "mathletes" from all over the world in basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. From developer Plain Vanilla, Math QuizUp is essentially a social trivia app. But instead of having to know the answer to obscure history questions, the challenge is having to answer basic math questions as fast as possible. Once matched up with an opponent, two players battle with their brains for 10 full rounds. The faster you correctly answer the questions, the more points you will earn. And players are challenged to earn as many points as they can rocket to the top of the leaderboard in their respective country. According to what I’ve seen so far, I’ve got a lot of studying to do. While I had fun taking on opponents from around the globe, the app isn’t for the faint of heart. Since math was unfortunately never a passion for me, my mind really did get a workout trying to pick the correct answer. Math QuizUp is a universal app for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad. It can be downloaded in the App Store for free.
