Pinterest For iOS Now Lets You Edit Pins And Manage Comments
February 5, 2013
Pinterest for iOS has just pinned another "pinteresting" update.
Released in the App Store in May 2011, Pinterest is the official iOS app of the popular pinboard-style photo sharing website of the same name.
It was originally optimized for iPhone and iPod touch only. But in August last year, it gained native iPad compatibility through a major update, after which it was named as AppAdvice's App of the Week.
As mentioned, Pinterest for iOS has received another update, which adds a couple of new features along with some stability improvements.
With the newly updated Pinterest app, you are now able to edit your pins. Just select any of your pins and tap the new edit button. You are then free to change the pin's description, move the pin to a different board, or delete the pin entirely.
Also, you are now able to manage comments in the app. This means that you can delete any comments made on your pins, whether by you or by other users. Additionally, you can delete the comments you've made on others' pins.
The newly updated app also includes improved scroll performance and some bug fixes.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Pinterest for iOS is available in the App Store for free.
