Tweetbot Update Brings Support For Instagram Videos

Well that was definitely fast. Just a week after Instagram officially unveiled its new video component, popular Twitter client Tweetbot has been updated to natively support the feature. Two separate Tweetbot apps are available to download now in the App Store. Both the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini versions are priced at $2.99 each. App developer Tapbots always seems to be on the ball adding new features. Tweetbot supported Vine videos for a substantial time before Twitter even updated its own official app with the functionality. Video on Instagram was announced at an event last Thursday. Users can shoot videos as long as 15 seconds. And along with video stabilization technology, there are 13 custom filters to add that personal touch. Just 24 hours later, the company confirmed that users quickly uploaded more than 5 million videos.
