The first ever free-to-play mobile Dungeons & Dragons mobile game has just been released on iOS. The game, titled D&D: Arena of War, is developed by DeNA, owner of the Mobage gaming platform, in collaboration with Wizards of the Coast, the publisher of Dungeons & Dragons. D&D: Arena of War is a battle RPG that takes place in the Forgotten Realms during the Sundering:
The Sundering, an historic event that will reshape both heaven and earth, is underway and threatens the balance of power between the gods of good and evil. As a proven fearless hero, you will be called upon as a champion to fight on behalf of good against the champions of evil and help set the balance of power before the Sundering is complete.

Now, as a D&D: Arena of War champion, you have to invite your friends along your questing party to vanquish bosses and enemies, with new adversaries introduced every month. D&D: Arena of War lets you wage war on your foes using touch-based attacks. And to get the most out of your attacks, make sure to customize you warrior with numerous powers, which you can upgrade and combine.
