InstaWeather Pro 3.0 Adds New Social Features And iOS 7 Enhancements

The popular location- and weather-based photo-sharing app InstaWeather Pro has just been updated to version 3.0.
InstaWeather Pro 3.0 brings a lot of new features and enhancements. And undoubtedly the biggest of them all is InstaWeather Friends.
With InstaWeather Friends, you can easily share your weather reports with your friends and check your friends' current weather by connecting InstaWeather Pro to your Facebook account:
InstaWeather Friends allows you to easily share reports and track friends’ current location and weather through Facebook tagging. You can let others know what the weather is like in your area, especially when you want a more authentic look at the weather beyond simple temperatures.If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. InstaWeather Pro 3.0 also introduces other social features, including an interactive world weather map at InstaWeather.me, new skins with your friends' avatars, virtual weather battles, and weather-enhanced location checkins on Facebook. The newly updated app also adds a new weatherman mode. Developed with Mike Favetta from NEWS12 TV, this new mode lets you add your own weather data and your own custom logo. InstaWeather Pro 3.0 is available now in the App Store as a free update or as a new $0.99 download. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later. The app also features iOS 7-related enhancements, including a more polished design and flat photo filters.
