New Screen Protectors From Armorz Made With Gorilla Glass

November 25, 2013
While we’ve seen a number of glass screen protectors for the iPhone, iPad, and iPad mini, Armorz is offering something new with its Stealth Extreme R Tempered. Available for both the iPad Air and iPad mini, the protector is made with 0.4mm-thick Gorilla Glass. The company says their protector is the first made with the famous material. Along with 9H hardness, the protector offers tapered edges for a sleek profile while still protecting the critical tablet corners. Completely transparent, the underside of the protector is coated with strong silicon adhesive to make installation easy without any bubbling or lifting. An oleophobic coating helps to fend off fingerprints and smudges. The Stealth Extreme R Tempered Glass Screen Protector for the iPad Air or iPad mini can be purchased now directly from the company’s site or Amazon.com. The Air version is $89.95 while the protector for the iPad mini is $69.95. While that’s a pretty penny to pay, I’ve used many different glass screen protectors, and have always been pleased with the clarity and precision they provide. In fact, I always recommend a glass protector for users wanting to add a layer of protection to their iOS device's screen.
