Studio Neat, the brains behind the popular Glif iPhone photography accessory, has recently unveiled a new, adjustable version of its tripod mount and stand.
If you haven’t heard about the Glif, it’s really a spectacular accessory for any iPhone photographer. Originally started as a Kickstarter project in 2010, the first version was made to fit just the iPhone 4. Later versions appeared for the iPhone 4/4s and iPhone 5/5s.
But the new Glif should really help broaden its appeal. Previous models were designed to use with a caseless iPhone, but now the Glif will fit devices with or without a case – anywhere from 58.4-86.4mm wide and 3.1-12.7mm thick.
Here’s a quick video about the adjustable Glif. Click here if you can’t see it.
Made with recycled rubber, the Glif also does a great job functioning as a stand when you need it.
The adjustable Glif will set you back $30, and can be ordered now directly from Studio Neat’s site. Orders will ship in one to two weeks after being placed. All orders placed by Saturday, Dec. 6 will arrive in time for Christmas.
Along with the Glif itself, the package will include a hex key to adjust the Glif to fit your device and a keychain attachment to carry the mount anywhere.
