Probably the biggest feature in iOS 11.3 is a new battery health feature.

Available by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health, the section provides a look at the current maximum capacity of your battery relative to when it was new.

It also will let you know if the battery is currently supporting peak performance capability. Anyone with an iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus can disable the power management option designed to prevent unexpected shutdowns as a battery ages.

Anyone with an iPhone X can take advantage of four new Animoji – a lion, bear, dragon, and skull.

Apple is also adding a new Health Records feature for hospitals and clinics that will allow consumers to see their available medical data in the Health app.

Patients from participating providers will view lab results, medications, conditions, and more. Health Records data is encrypted and protected with a passcode.

Other changes include improvements in ARKit and a beta rollout Business Chat in iMessage.
