You can now download music directly to an Apple Watch for listening offline without a Wi-Fi or cellular connection. The music streaming service Deezer has added a new feature for Apple Watch users.
To download music, just select a playlist to send to an Apple Watch. You can shuffle the music when listening.
Apple Music and Pandora also allow users to download music to an Apple Watch for offline listening.
Earlier this month, the streaming service also announced that users can set Deezer as their default music service for playback via a HomePod or HomePod mini. You can also play music from the service by just saying “from Deezer” at the end of a Siri request.
The Deezer app is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded for free. The offline mode requires a premium subscription starting at $9.99 per month.
