Less than 24 hours before Apple is planning to reveal the “iPhone 7” and other new hardware, an Irish lawyer has discovered a treasure trove of other trademarks from the company.

Brian Conroy details all of his discoveries in a thorough blog post.

A nice amount of the discovered trademarks relate to iOS 10 and new Apple hardware like the “iPhone 7.” But there are also some interesting new terms we haven’t heard about. Here’s a sample:

  • Apple Iris Engine
  • AirPods Case
  • Smart Button
  • Touch Bar
  • Iris Image Engine
  • Swift Lab
  • Progress Card
  • Smart View
  • Rich Links
  • Control Strip

The most interesting find looks to be Iris Engine and Iris Image Engine. It could refer to the rumored iris scanning capability of next year’s iPhone, but more than likely it refers to some of the technology on the dual-lens camera of the “iPhone 7 Plus.”

Touch Bar and Smart Button could possibly refer to the rumored OLED status bar and Touch ID button on the MacBook Pro line that could be announced this year.

Apple should reveal the next-generation iPhone and “Apple Watch 2” during tomorrow’s special event that starts at 10 a.m. PDT in San Francisco. But if this list is any indication, we could be in for some surprises.
