Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm Is in Development
Oceanhorn, one of our favorite iOS games ever, is set to spawn a sequel called “Knights of the Lost Realm,” according to a recent report.
So far, few details are known, but the title has been announced and we do have a name.
As GameMob explains, you can expect Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm to launch at some point in the near future; the game will “be based on a different and much older character who is training to become a night of arcadia,” and the app’s camera angle will reoprtedly be relocated to a third-person, behind-the-character viewpoint.
Besides this, however, little else has surfaced online.
Oceanhorn itself, however, is definitely a game worth taking for a spin if you haven’t already. It takes inspiration from the ultra-successful (and much-loved) Legend of Zelda game series, and features fun gameplay, nice graphics, enjoyable puzzles, and support for third-party “MFi” controllers.
Oceanhorn was a huge hit when it launched on the App Store. As such, we’re really excited for the sequel’s release. As usual, we’ll keep you updated with further information concerning the game’s development as we receive it.
