Apple has activated the new single sign-on feature on the tvOS 10.1 and iOS 10.2 betas. This feature, which was first demoed in June, allows users to access certain TV subscriptions with one login.

On iOS 10.2 beta, developers can access single sign-on in the Settings app under TV Provider. On the fourth-generation Apple TV, the TV Provider section is available alongside Home Sharing in the Settings app.

For now, the number of services supporting single sign-on is very small. They include Dish, Sling TV, GVTC, and Hotwire. This number should expand significantly in the coming weeks; single sign-on and Apple’s new TV app are expected to launch to the public in December.
