This application is intended for employees of organizations involved in environmental pollution reduction activities under the Ministry of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia. Membership or access is permitted by the competent government organization and given by the administrator. This app is used for the following purposes:

1. Information open to the public
A section of public data and information on sources of environmental pollution, the importance of protecting the natural environment and public educational information are included. The app can be downloaded and viewed by anyone.

2. Enter the environmental pollution source inventory from mobile devices

The environment pollution inventory registration form is downloaded from the server and data can be entered. After the administrator has made changes to the form or added a form or made some other modifications on the server, you can use the modified forms without needing to update the mobile phone app. In addition, this registration process can be performed in the following two modes.
Online mode (when the phone is connected to the internet):
Environmental pollution source information is directly copied to the server from your mobile phone and its geographical information is sent using mobile phone GPS.
Offline mode (when the mobile phone is not connected to the internet):
Possibility of entering data and information in the countryside where mobile phone network coverage is not available. Geographical map data can be downloaded when there is no a mobile phone network coverage. This enables to work on the map, as if there is a mobile phone network, at the source of the pollution by determining the location by GPS. Also, as you enter the location where mobile phone network coverage is available, the app connects to the server and sends the registered information to it.

3. Statistics for high ranking employees

High ranking employees must log in using the access details given by the administrator. The environmental pollution source inventory and release estimates are conducted, and the soil, water and air pollution levels in certain region and locality is shown in easily understandable graphs and illustrations. Moreover, high ranking employees can request the administrator to produce the infographics he or she wants to have.

4. User guide and instruction
User guide and instructions for using this app are provided as an additional menu within the app. You can easily find the instructions for use by installing the app.
