1、小班模式
教育培训本身是个性化的，一个老师每节课最多不超过5个学员，让老师和学员之间有充分的交流。老师能够更了解学员状况，针对性的教学。
2、课程规划系统化
从零基础到大师班，课程系统化，并根据学习进度，选择课程起点。
3、短课报班
每阶段课程都不超过10节课的短课。学员可以根据需要更灵活的选择课程报名。
4、双师教育
线上线下课程同步，在线视频、课件、作业，线下老师做辅导。
5、统一教务管理
平台统一管理教务，协调老师、学员、场地的安排，通知上课、审批请假调课等，减轻老师负担。
6、课堂视频监控
我们的共享课程场地都将配备监控系统，老师上课必须打开，家长可以通过手机看到上课场景，我们的教务管理也可以看到上课状况，让家长更安心
