報修系統提供給您快速精準的報修流正，消費者可藉由APP上傳問題與照片，後端或是稽核人員馬上可以收到該筆紀錄，並做出適當的回應。藉由簡單明確的處理流程，可觀察修繕的狀態與進度，並留下可回朔的工程履歷，方便業主統計追蹤個案，還可以產出數據報表。
另外從藝文活動這邊可收到最新的活動訊息，各項舉辦的事項與時間，讓消費者與活動產生密切的連結。而經由熱銷推案可以得知目前最新優惠的建案消息，了解建案的活動與特色，也可以預約鑑賞時間。交屋系統則是可讓預售屋的消費者隨時瞭解目前建案的各項資訊，使得消費者與建商產生密切的連結。
